What We Do
Community learning days are the heart beat of Kindness Farm. In the last 3 years, most weeks of the year, hundreds of volunteers have come to the farm to tend and conserve land, gain environmental education, and learn how to grow food. Volunteers learn how to steward land and care for our environment using sustainable, regenerative methods that build soil, create biodiversity, support environmental health, and mitigate and respond to climate change.
You don't have to have any experience with gardening, farming, or land-tending to join us at the farm. We work with folx of all skill levels.
We encourage you to listen to your needs when you come to the farm. Whether you'd like to tend land, read book, lay in the grass, share a meal with a friend, or simply walk around – we welcome you. Kindness Farm is meant to be a place for ease, healing, and re-connection to yourself and your community.
